Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit.
If you receive a damaged or broken item we will replace it.
You should expect to receive your credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, email us at shippingwoodco@gmail.com to start the process. Then return the item to us. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
If there is something wrong with your order contact us within 2 weeks to fix the problem.
Shipping - Crafts
We can ship a limited portion of our collection to almost any address in the United States and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date :
- Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 3-5 business days however, some orders may ship within as few as 6 hours and some may take up to 14 days.
- Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
- Delivery Time: The amount of time it takes for the local delivery carrier to deliver your package.
We are the manufacturer. During times of high volume, we may run out of product and we will need to cut items to fulfill orders. It may take additional time to complete your order if you order a large volume of items. We appreciate having additional time to process these orders.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
